Narcos Slot
Last Updated
TV shows have transitioned well into slots. Blueprint’s Top Cat slot is a great example of bringing cartoons to life while NetEnt wowed the slots world with its Vikings slot. Now NetEnt is doing it all over again with Narcos. The hit TV show is now a five reel, 243 Ways to Win slot that comes with popular characters from the show, a gritty feel that will remind you of Grand Theft Auto video games and a Walking Wilds feature which offers generous payouts.
- 5 reels, 243 Ways to Win.
- Nitty gritty graphics.
- Rewarding bonus rounds.
- Heavy use of cutscenes.
- Low maximum wins.
- Could have made more of Pablo Escobar.
How to Play
Once you load up the slot you can watch the cutscene (or skip it if you want to get straight into playing). You’ll then be taken to the main screen, set against a Mexican town backdrop. The reels sit in the middle of the screen and all the buttons are at the bottom. You can adjust your coin value on the right of the screen and change the betting levels on the left, simply use the plus and minus buttons for each. The spin button is bang in the middle and is neatly depicted as a six-shooter gun chamber. Simply hit spin and off you go!
Symbols
The low-paying symbols are made up of the familiar card values – Jack, Queen, King and Ace. Piles of Cash, Grenades, Handguns and Machine Guns wrap around them. Flamingos, Planes and the characters Jose Rodriguez Gacha, Connie Murphy and agents Steve Murphy and Javier Pena make up the high paying symbols. It doesn’t always follow in slot games that it pays to be good, so watch out for the two DEA agent symbols as they can give you 15 times your stake for five on a payline. The DEA Badge is the slot’s Wild and substitutes for all symbols to help form winning combinations. The Locked Up symbol has Pablo Escobar’s face on and the Free Spins Car symbol triggers bonus rounds.
Bonuses
As well as a base game bonus which can be triggered at random, Narcos has a range of exciting bonus features.
