Gameplay
While we did say we could choose our own soundtrack to accompany the game-play. Blueprint serve up some playful ditties for the intro to this title which continue when we spin the reels. The Ants are our heroes here, though Caterpillar, Ladybird and Snail all make an appearance as our high-paying symbols. And if I’m not much mistaken, some of these bugs bear a striking resemblance to (though are legally distinct from) some of Disney’s characters in one of its famous bug-focused films.
Although this entire game is wild, our Wild symbol is an Ant peering through a flower and doing the usual substitution duties for all symbols except Scatters. Of which there are many, the Aardvark Bonus Scatter is our chief culprit. Though he needs one of a number of other Scatters in order to launch the game’s bonus features.
Bonuses
Blueprint Gaming love a bit of bonus action, and it is in the bonus features that Wild Antics really makes its mark. Landing the Aardvark Scatter on reels 1 and 5 plus one of any of the other bonus symbols – the Worker, Soldier, Colonel or Queen – launches a Free Spins round.
